The board approved the annual Title VI Non-Discrimination Agreement and a Marshall County Discrimination Disclaimer by unanimous votes recorded on Jan. 2, 2026. Supervisor Carol Hibbs moved to approve the Title VI agreement, seconded by Supervisor Kevin Goodman; the motion carried 3-0.
The board also finalized department liaison assignments, naming supervisors to serve as liaisons to county offices (for example, Assessor — Jarret Heil; Attorney — Carol Hibbs; Conservation — Kevin Goodman; Planning & Zoning — Jarret Heil).
