WinterFest vendor and sponsorship opportunities remain open for select dates

Board members asked staff about remaining vendor and sponsorship opportunities for WinterFest. John said vendors selling goods have mostly sold out for opening night (Dec. 6) but some vendor spaces remain on the three additional event nights. “For our vendors that are gonna be selling goods and products and stuff, I believe December 6 is the 1st night, and I believe all of those spaces have been sold. But I believe there is still space on the remaining 3 days,” John said.
John said sponsorships are still open but availability depends on the sponsorship level and what is being sponsored; staff described several sponsorship types including large-scale financial packages (logos and banners), decoration sponsors, cocoa sponsors and event sponsors who provide supplies or activities. Staff encouraged businesses to sign up and offered assistance with social-media promotion and event logistics.
