Deerpoint Park near completion; staff offers guided visits during construction

Tianna highlighted an inclusive Hedra playground she described as the first of its type in Oregon, designed to reduce static interference with hearing aids and allow easier transfer from mobility devices. “This is the Hedra Playground, the 1st of its type here in Oregon. It’s inclusive and really fun,” Tianna said. She recommended scheduling guided visits for board members and the public rather than popping in informally because the site remains an active construction zone.
