City staff reported that Camtek submitted the lowest bid and offered the longest warranties for the court security upgrade. “Camtek was the one who had the lowest bid as well as offered the greatest benefits,” staff said during the meeting.
Councilmember Smith moved for passage of Resolution F362 and the council approved it by voice vote. Staff said the upgrade will modernize the court’s camera and security systems and help the city meet state inspection requirements.
