The board approved two personnel resolutions to notify certain certificated and classified employees of decisions not to reemploy or to reduce hours for the 2025–26 school year. The superintendent told trustees that the certificated employee listed on Resolution 25-FCR-9 had been offered other positions and was choosing different employment. For the classified resolution the superintendent said one person listed had other opportunities and that some position eliminations reflected automation (e.g., a sub-caller role) rather than an effect on individuals.
Both resolutions were adopted by roll call. Trustees asked routine questions about public comment and the process; no members of the public spoke during the roll-call votes.
