Planning staff presented three routine final plats and recommended the commission acknowledge Planning Board approvals and accept recorded easements and rights-of-way.
For Sutton Estates (lots 9'11 of Block F, White Canyon Subdivision) staff said the final plat met Raleigh (Riley) County Land Development Regulations and sanitary code; the board moved and seconded to approve Resolution 072726 accepting the plat and dedicating shown streets and easements.
A second presentation covered J & M Addition, where the request was to designate a portion of a 46-acre parent tract as a residential use (an "extraneous farmstead" residential use designator) and to accept the concurrent plat; commissioners approved the recommended acknowledgment and dedication. Finally, staff presented University Park Unit 16 (vacant lot 227 combined with 201) allowing construction of an accessory structure; commissioners approved the plat and accepted related rights-of-way and easements.
Why it matters: the three actions advance property owners' ability to develop or use their lots consistent with local land-development rules; all approvals were unanimous and procedural in nature.
