Chair called for nominations and the board approved a motion to appoint Linda McCall, Lisa Maynard, Brian Olvis, Bob Woodrow and Dan (Danny) O'Rourke to the advisory committee by voice vote.
Linda told the board she had already begun outreach and said the committee’s "first order of business will be to put together the SOP," indicating the group will draft procedural guidance for memorial planning and events. A board member seconded the motion and the board approved it unanimously. The board clarified the committee is advisory to the Select Board and will report back with recommended next steps and meeting protocols.
