Council frames ordinance as interagency move to speed Savannah Grove school and add county recreation space

Supporters said the collaboration would benefit the school district and county residents by delivering new facilities earlier than district timelines alone would allow. The chair read a letter from the Savannah Grove Community Action League endorsing the interagency collaboration and thanking the council for support.
