Board denies one Aaron's Acres exemption and continues another parcel

At the Jan. 14 meeting the board denied an exemption for Aaron's Acres parcel 410-91127-0-0000 (121 Walnut Hill Road, Manor Township) and separately continued approval for a related parcel, 410-91127-4-0001, to be effective with the 2026 tax year.
The Lancaster County Board of Assessment Appeals voted on two related Aaron's Acres Campus exemption requests at its Jan. 14, 2026 meeting. After discussion the board voted to deny the exemption for parcel 410-91127-0-0000 (121 Walnut Hill Road, Manor Township); the motion to deny was made by Chandra Mast and seconded by Richar Boas and is recorded in the minutes as passed.
In a separate motion, Ms. Mast moved and Mr. Boas seconded continued approval for parcel 410-91127-4-0001 on Walnut Hill Road. The minutes record that exemption as continuing and effective with the 2026 County and Municipal and the 2026–2027 School tax years. The minutes do not include roll‑call vote tallies for either motion.
