Mercer County advertises RFPs for 4H Show Arena and maintenance building restroom upgrades

Bids are due at the Office of the Controller by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026; bids will be publicly opened and announced at the Commissioners’ meeting the same day at 3:00 p.m.
Commissioner Coleman said the restroom projects are funded by a grant and Commissioner Finley noted there are two restroom facilities located in separate areas on the 4H Grounds. The Board reserved the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. The motions were carried unanimously.
