Lancaster County staff told the advisory committee that Family Treatment Court is a priority topic for the agency's 2026–2027 Needs-Based Budget (NBB). Director Crystal Natan said she and Quality Assurance Director Kelley Zipp will attend training on recent budget updates and outlined that contract renewal reviews are part of the budget process.

Staff also discussed program operations such as the STEPS program and noted that more details on the NBB would be provided at the August meeting.
