Executive Director Crystal Natan opened the floor and explained the voting process before presenting the slate: "The slate was Kurt Miller, Chair and Phil Berkheiser as vice-chair," the minutes record.
The action was taken as a standard board leadership election during the committee's new-business agenda. Earlier in the meeting Phil Berkheiser had also moved to approve the February 2025 minutes, with Kurt Miller seconding. The minutes show the motion and second were recorded but do not list a roll-call tally.
