Pat McGuff, director of operations, provided a Q3 bond update: the district is roughly 95% committed/contracted and over 90% spent on current bond funding; that level meets required spending timelines. Wilsonville and Riverside High School projects are complete and Athy Creek Middle School’s Willamette Falls Drive work is open with sidewalks and bike lanes; Frog Pond Primary’s schedule has slowed while staff and the contractor update timelines.
McGuff highlighted stewardship projects completed this summer — Boones Ferry boiler replacements, Willamette Primary network cabling and wiring‑closet relocations, Westland High classroom lockdown hardware installation (key‑fob system) and Rosemont Ridge track resurfacing — and commended the IT team for device refreshes and cybersecurity improvements. "All of the staffs have been trained in how to use those systems, and they're implemented into our regular security protocol drills," he said.
Board members asked few questions; several thanked operations staff for completed safety and technology work.
