"All lighting on the site shall be shielded and not encroach upon abutting properties," staff said while reading required notes.
Commissioners moved and seconded approval with the recommended conditions. The petitioner said Home Depot accepted the changes and envisioned the approval would avoid annual return trips for routine seasonal storage approvals.
