Jefferson County renews claims-administration contract, material term contracts and a billboard agreement

Jefferson County commissioners on Jan. 20 approved purchasing actions that included a one-year renewal with Injury Management Organization, Inc. for third-party claims administration (02/05/2026–02/04/2027) and term-contract renewals for gray limestone with multiple materials vendors for 02/24/2026–02/23/2027.
The court also received and filed an agreement with OutFront for a billboard advertisement at I-10 and Highway 124 promoting the Ben Rogers Visitor Center. The contract price is $1,207.50 per four-week period for an annual total of $15,697.50 for the 12/29/2025–12/27/2026 term. The Judge moved the purchasing items, which were seconded and approved by voice vote.
