The Jefferson County Commissioners Court approved several purchasing actions on Jan. 6, including invitations for bid for HVAC maintenance and for a term contract for motor fuel, and it received bids for replacement outboard motors and rigging kits for the Sheriff's Office Marine Division.
On the record the judge announced an award for replacement outboard motors and rigging kits to Dingo Group LLC / Jorgensen Marine in the amount of $65,717, noting funding will come via reimbursements from the Sabine Navigation District. The court also approved a professional services agreement with the Hartfield law firm to acquire right-of-way services related to an Erie Street project for a not-to-exceed amount of $15,000, to be funded from budgeted capital projects. The items were moved, seconded, and approved by voice vote.
