Commissioners approved the final plat for Hunworth's Allentown Loop Subdivision No. 1 in Precinct 1 after a motion from Tim Sprinkle and a second from Kenneth Jeffrey; the recorded vote lists four commissioners in favor. The Treasurer's Month End report for December 2025 was also approved on a subsequent motion by Kenneth Jeffrey and seconded by Kermit Kennedy.
The court adjourned at 10:20 A.M. following a motion by Judge Keith Wright, seconded by Tom Berry and recorded as carried. The minutes were attested by Amy Fincher, Angelina County Clerk, on Feb. 3, 2026.
