Commissioners approve benefits-administrator amendment and accept racial profiling exemption reports

Kenneth Jeffrey moved and the court approved Amendment #1 to the Administrative Services Agreement with Imagine360, the county’s third-party administrator for the Employee Benefit Fund, to revise administrative costs to include the Uplift Advocacy Program. The motion was seconded by Kermit Kennedy and recorded as carried with the four commissioners named voting in favor.
The court also accepted two Racial Profiling Exemption Reports for calendar year 2025: one filed by the Angelina County Attorney’s Office (motion moved by Tim Sprinkle) and one filed by the Angelina County District Attorney’s Office (motion moved by Kermit Kennedy). Both reports were accepted by recorded motion and vote; the minutes do not include the reports’ contents.
