Mister Stevens (city representative) said the city expects to finalize an interlocal agreement spelling out how live stray intake will be handled and the crematorium’s fee structure. "We're going out for bid yet again... it's about a $100,000," Mister Stevens said. The court moved, seconded, and voted in favor of the contribution; the Judge said the county will not build its own shelter but will formalize the partnership with the city under the interlocal agreement.
