Resident says road was installed through his property without notice; judge offers follow-up meeting

The resident asked the court to reexamine policy so property owners are notified before changes are made. Judge Hennington declined to discuss the item on the public-record comment but offered to meet with the resident and two commissioners to review the plat and the sequence of events and to bring the issue back to a future court meeting for possible formal action.
