The Crawford County Board of Commissioners voted to adopt an easement agreement with Forbush Corner Nordic to provide county access as a condition of a grant and to ensure public accessibility to the site. The county's Equalization Department had reviewed and approved the easement as part of the packet. The motion to adopt the easement passed by roll call (motion by Commissioner Goscicki, second by Commissioner Frederick).
The board also adopted Resolution 03122026-Forbush authorizing Forbush Corner Nordic's grant application. The resolution and the easement were approved in separate roll-call votes during the March 12 meeting. Staff will follow up on grant application steps and record the easement in county property records per usual process.
