Robin said the proposal includes an across-the-board 2.7% cost-of-living increase for certain elected positions (with an effective date discussed as May 1) and a separate list of incentive payments for officials who completed a 40-hour training requirement. "I am presenting a motion to approve the following... considering a 2.7 increase for annual salaries," Robin said. The court approved the COLA and the incentive payments by voice vote. The magistrates agreed to return for separate discussion about magistrate-level salary details at a future meeting.
No roll-call tallies were recorded in the minutes. The court directed staff to place magistrate-salary follow-up on a future agenda.
