Commissioner Villela also presented a Sewell Fleet Letter of Understanding covering fleet and asset management services; he said the county has saved more than $100,000 in three months since switching to Sewell Fleet arrangements. The court authorized the letter of understanding for fleet and asset management, with the motion documenting which commissioners voted for and against in the minutes.
The purchase uses contract procurement channels and will be processed through the county’s purchasing workflow; the vehicle will be assigned to Juvenile Probation per departmental policy and funded per the purchasing memorandum attached to the agenda.
