Andrew Avis, Public Works Director, presented the Permian Industrial Park Section 2 plat (Precinct 4), describing utility availability, right‑of‑way and required assurances.
Documents submitted with the plat application included a will‑serve letter from Greater Gardendale Water Supply Corporation confirming potable water service for the Permian Industrial Park Section 2 parcels subject to developer requirements, and tax and title documentation for the Josiah Addition. "Move we approve the plat for Permian Industrial Park section 2," Commissioner Anderson moved; the court approved the plat and authorized the County Judge to sign the filing mylar. The Josiah Addition plat was likewise approved after the applicant provided a groundwater availability certification, a takings waiver, and survey affidavits. Staff noted required post‑approval recording steps and conditions related to drainage and any future construction bonds.
