"We received 15 bids in total. That includes 3 new vendors," procurement staff Lorena told commissioners and said pricing is firm through Oct. 31, 2026. The staff presented a color-coded tabulation and noted a few bids had been deemed nonresponsive for missing documentation; staff said they had contacted those vendors and discussed documentation shortcomings.
A commissioner asked about price increases tied to fuel costs; staff replied some line items rose while others remained the same. Commissioners moved and approved the recommended awards by motion.
