District reviews Division 22 narrative, equity requirement and previews bond RFP

The superintendent also previewed bond planning and an RFP process for construction services (design-build/CMGC concept), saying the selection will go through legal review and that the district expects to begin the vendor-selection process in December; board members were invited to serve on the review panel.
