The Willamina School Board voted to adopt three OSBA resolutions during the meeting: an amended OSBA dues schedule, a resolution creating a Pride caucus seat on the OSBA board and a package of bylaw amendments. Each resolution was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Chair (speaker 4) led the discussion for each resolution. On the dues schedule, members noted the district is close to a dues-threshold and supported the amendment. For the Pride caucus resolution, a board member framed it as an additional subcommittee seat and members voted to approve it. The bylaws amendments were characterized as mostly language changes and were also adopted.
