Agency outlines flood restoration plan and move to building 150

The Lancaster County Children and Youth Agency’s Citizens’ Advisory Committee heard an update Feb. 18 from Executive Director Crystal Natan on flood restoration and a planned office consolidation. Director Natan said the agency "will be moving back to the 2nd floor in the next 6 months," and staff currently at the YIC location are expected to be moved to building 150 as available space is finalized.
Natan told the committee that consolidating operations in one building would improve collaboration among teams and streamline work: "It will be beneficial to the agency to have staff in one building to help with collaboration," she said. Commissioner Yoder confirmed that insurance covered the flood damage and that the event did not affect the agency’s budget. The board was told the agency is tentatively exploring additional space on the 6th floor of building 150 to accommodate returning staff.
