Staff and IT representatives said the CivicPlus maintenance agreement may include a refresh as part of the annual fee and that the redesign was likely factored into the existing maintenance agreement rather than listed as a separate IT line item. "It's actually not even separated out on what Civic Plus sent to him... it just mentions that it's included in the annual fee," an IT staffer said. Budget staff agreed to provide an itemized maintenance breakdown by September so commissioners can see whether the project has been funded within the maintenance line or needs a discrete allocation.
No funding decision was made at the meeting; staff said the itemization will be provided to the court during the FY25 budget process.
