Sheriff Criner presented multiple personnel items for the Sheriff’s Office. The court approved a job description for a Major position and adopted a revised salary schedule for the Sheriff’s Office. Commissioners also approved moving the Chief Deputy pay grade to PS 16.

The Major job description motion was moved by Commissioner Steven Villela and seconded by Commissioner Dianne Anderson; the revised salary schedule motion was moved by Commissioner Charles Hall and seconded by Commissioner Jeff Somers; the Chief Deputy pay-grade motion was moved by Commissioner Villela and seconded by Commissioner Anderson.
