New employee outlines public works duties: water, sewer, streets and beautification

He also described daily tracking and task assignment practices, noting "Every time we we check out out the check out at the end of the day, we, we do a good job on tracking each category that we've been been working on for that day, and Dave Buckwell does a great job at assigning tasks to each of us." A council member gave a concrete example of public works activity, noting early-morning banner changes on Highway 101.
