A county representative told the court Roswell "just graduated several months ago from the Navarro College Police Academy" and that he is a member of the U.S. Army National Guard.
The court moved and approved the deputation by voice vote. Staff indicated the Devonshire contract already included an approved position and that adding Roswell would fill that vacancy under the existing contract terms.
