County updates sponsorship contract template and approves Mustang Club national show for 2028

Separately, the committee approved an agreement with the CSRA Mustang Club to host the Mustang Club of America national show April 21–23, 2028, at county venues including the plaza, parking lot, market and the PAC. Staff said hotel/motel funds would cover rental fees and recommended approval. Committee members characterized the earlier national show in 2022 as successful and moved the current agreement on consent.
