The Community & Services Committee approved a contract using an existing state contract with Replay Systems Inc. to replace the county’s mission‑critical 911 recording and replay system.
Staff (Scott Johnson) said the total one‑time cost for software, hardware and implementation is $190,308.31, an amount the county budgeted for the year. He said the contract includes annual recurring costs beginning in year two of $22,702.12 for years two through five. Committee members confirmed this is an upgrade to the county's current system. "Yes. This is I I believe it's an upgrade to the current system," Scott Johnson stated.
The item was moved on consent and carried. Staff recommended approval and indicated the agreement would begin 08/04/2026 and run through 08/04/2031 under the presented terms.
