The resolution lists Ryan Hallings and Janice Gaub as appointees to the Finger Lakes Economic Development Center (Yates County IDA), The Yates Capital Resource Corp., and The Finger Lakes Horizon Economic Development Corp. for terms from Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2027.
The resolution also named Legislator Jesse Jayne to those boards for the same term. The minutes record the vote as adopted, with Mr. Jayne recorded as abstaining on his own appointment. The resolution directs that copies be forwarded to the FLEDC executive director, the Department of State, and the County Clerk.
