Highway superintendent reports operations, seeks approval to forward fuel contract and surplus equipment resolutions

Chair Purdy asked whether the resolutions should proceed to the Legislative Meeting; after discussion and edits the committee registered no official objections and the items were forwarded for legislative consideration.
Rapalee also reported departmental priorities including revisiting development of an internal CDL training program and ongoing capital and maintenance planning. The committee accepted the Highway report as information; no final contract award or formal Legislature vote occurred at this committee meeting.
