The presenter told the court that Daily Bread serves eight counties and consolidated a county‑specific impact sheet for Kendall County. The presenter said more than 50% of the organization’s roughly 4,500 annual volunteers are from Kendall County, and highlighted programs including a vision/training center and the Stand By Me program. The presenter said the K–12 program has a 100% graduation rate for participants and emphasized the organization’s focus on wrap‑around case management rather than short‑term food distribution.
Commissioners praised the nonprofit’s efforts; one commissioner invited attendees to the organization’s annual Vision Dinner fundraiser on Feb. 28. The presenter noted financial breakdowns and said a record year on program metrics followed sustained community support and volunteer engagement.
