County approves multiple personnel actions, including reclassifications and a termination

San Patricio County Commissioners’ Court approved several personnel items on April 20. The agenda recorded the termination of Lisa Shaw (juvenile supervision officer), the resignation of Patricia Guerra (Sheriff’s Office), and multiple reclassifications and step adjustments for heavy equipment operators (Oscar Flores, John Veil, Jose Rivas Jr.) and a transfer for Sarah L. Lasoya from election manager to office coordinator in the county engineer’s office.
The court voted to bring item 3.1f back from the table before approving personnel items a–g on a consolidated motion. The salary committee’s recommendations for step placements and requested amounts were noted during the discussion; the judge recorded the motion as passing unanimously.
