Miss Williams of the auditor's office presented the transfers and the claims to the Court. "I present line item transfers in the amount of $71,094 and no budget amendments and ask for your approval," she said. On the payment of claims she stated the total amount: "$3,222,947.01" and asked for authorization.
Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. The Court recorded acceptance of the April unaudited financial report and carried related motions without recorded roll-call tallies in the transcript.
