RDC asks member to present detailed plan at next meeting, plans outreach to stakeholders

A member moved that Sue present the materials and the motion was seconded and approved; members asked that the document be shared in advance so everyone could review it. "Can we just not forward it to people and have them read it? Because there's a lot of steps in here of where you're gonna go next," one member said when asking for a clearer presentation.
Board members also agreed to compile a handoff/reference book—agendas, motions and scanned documents—for future RDC members and to prepare mailing lists and brochures for targeted outreach in Helmsburg and Bean Blossom. The president said he would present the RDC's materials to the commissioners and council once the board had 'a full basket of information' to walk into those elected bodies.
