Commission ratifies earlier cell-tower lease action with a formal resolution

"We approved the cell phone lease back earlier this year...Christie signed on behalf of the RCC," the member said, asking that staff "prepare a resolution ratifying that so we have it on the record as well as the resolution." Chair (speaker 1) called for a voice vote; commissioners answered 'Aye' and the ratification was recorded.
