Christina Pacey explained each award was a product of multi‑agency coordination (FEMA, environmental/historic preservation, TDEM and contractor Cohn Resnick) and listed project‑level cost estimates and the 75% federal cost share. Transactions approved included small bridge repairs, roadway signage at 58 locations and repair work at Joshua Springs Park (floating dock and pier), Waring Welfare Bridge and other damaged road segments.
Taken together the federally shared portions presented at the meeting totaled roughly $106,600; each resolution was approved by voice vote (motions carried, typically 4–0). The court instructed staff to sign grant documents and to coordinate procurement and construction phases as needed.
