Interim Public Health Director Leah Barton told the court the FY25 budget includes $1.1 million per precinct (total $4.4 million) and said her office would bring tailored options to Precinct 2 on Oct. 3. Commissioners directed staff to deliver options and noted that some ARPA-funded staff positions remain under review; auditor and budget staff said they would work to identify vacancies that could mitigate the impact of temporary funding designations.
