Items approved included fully executed interlocal agreements for inmate housing with Victoria County, hangar lease assignment and renewal requests for airport hangars, and tax abatement compliance and audit letters for Gulf Coast Growth Ventures filed by Corpus Christi Regional Economic Development Corporation.
The court also approved a $20,587.62 agreement between the District Clerk's Office and Cofile Technologies Inc. for book preservation, archival imaging and indexing services, to be paid from the District Clerk's records archive preservation annual fund for 2026. Motions on the consent items were moved, seconded and carried unanimously.
