EJ Harbin said that once clinicians are vetted, the court would be asked to approve additions monthly (up to a maximum number of times during the two‑year bid period) to avoid frequent ad hoc requests; staff estimated an overall administrative cadence (monthly recommendations) during the two‑year window. The action was unanimous.
