Alberto Maras, Director of Development, briefed the court on a performance bond request for the Estates of Windsor subdivision, an approximately 33.436-acre site proposed for 22 lots. Maras said the preliminary plat was approved in January 2024, civil plans were approved recently, and the request covers roughly 2,000 linear feet of road. "The amount of the bond is $814,000," Maras said and staff recommended approval.
Commissioner Butler moved to accept the bond and Commissioner Ponder seconded; the court voted unanimously to approve item 1.1, recording the bond acceptance for the developer to satisfy county requirements before final platting.
