Commissioners approve rezoning for 11425 E. 116th St. N. (CZ582)

Davis said the property is currently split-zoned and that unifying the site as CS would allow consistent commercial use; he noted the parcel is designated commercial in the Tulsa County comprehensive plan and Growe Wausau 2035 plan and sits along a primary arterial in an established commercial corridor. He said the planning commission voted 10–0 to recommend approval and "staff also recommends approval of CZ582."
No members of the public signed up to speak during the public hearing; the board closed the hearing, moved to approve the rezoning and recorded a unanimous voice vote in favor. The approval brings the full 1.06-acre parcel into a CS designation.
