City staff introduce new associate planner Sarah Vowell

Staff introduced Sarah Vowell as the new associate planner who joined the city a couple of weeks earlier. "Sarah Vowell, our new associate planner, joined us a couple of weeks ago. Joined us from City Of Redmond," the staff member said, adding that she brings Central Oregon planning experience and will appear at future meetings.
