Tyler says Parker County–NICE integration is stalled; vendor asks for joint call

During discussion of the Tyler contract renewal, Tyler project staffer Serena Payne told the court that Tyler has provided APIs to support discovery but the integration is paused because NICE has not completed its portion of the work. Payne urged a joint coordination call with Parker County staff and the NICE project manager so all parties can align and move the integration forward.
“We are currently waiting for NICE to complete their side,” Payne said, and offered to schedule a call with the Tyler client executive and county project managers to clarify responsibilities and timelines. She said Tyler will continue to work with county contacts and present updates on progress and pricing.
