The Avamore Community Infrastructure District board voted to adopt Resolution 25-04 authorizing the segregation of parcels in Special Assessment Area 5, a component of an existing $21,432,000 assessment. Jeff Bauer presented the proposal and described this as a continuation of earlier splits of the assessment area.
"This is the 4th time we've split, portions of assessment area 5," Jeff Bauer said, explaining that the current action moves segregation across State Highway 55 and affects the Judge Subdivision, which includes both commercial and residential lots. The presenter said two small islands of land were excluded from the assessment because they are BLM and state-owned parcels.
Board member (speaker 3) moved to adopt the resolution and the motion was seconded; the board approved the measure by roll call. The district financial manager had earlier provided the July 2025 financial statements and a continuing disclosure report in the board packet. No public comments were offered during the meeting. The board signaled there will be one final segregation expected in 2026 for a parcel referred to as BCC2.
